Your child's safety is very important to us. If your children must accompany you to your appointment, they must remain in the café area at all times, unless they are receiving a service.

Our scheduling is planned to allow the correct time for each spa service. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will give you time to fill out paperwork, change into a robe and relax in the sauna or spa lounge.

When a cancellation is necessary, please call at least 24 hours in advance. A credit card will reserve all packages, bridal parties and when booking any service over $100. For cancellations after 24 hours or any no shows, your credit card will be charged 50% of the total amount of service scheduled. After 3 missed appointments or any no shows, we will require a credit card to re-book any new appointments.

All services are offered a-la-carte unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to change without notice. A 20% gratuity will be added to all custom, bridal, and pamper packages. Discounts are not valid when purchasing retail products, gift cards, custom, bridal, gift packages or online instant gift certificates.

Gift Cards
Gift cards contain value which may only be used to purchase goods and services at Bella Viaggio. Each time the card is used, the value of the purchase will be deducted. The card cannot be used to obtain cash and the unused value cannot be redeemed for cash. Bella Viaggio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. The card is not replaceable. Gratuity is not included with any service paid for with card and card cannot be redeemed for gratuity. Gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable.

Product Returns
If you are not satisfied with your retail product purchase, we encourage you to return them within 7 days for a merchandise credit. No cash refunds.
